Dog & Spider Halloween Card

Halloween art most commonly features black cats and bats, traditionally. I read this great book called, "What Does a Which Need?" by Ida Delage back in the days of covid. The book clearly demonstrates that real witches actually need a cat AND a dog. The reason is that if the witch doesn't have a dog, her toadstools will be stolen! Now, in the book, elves stole the toadstools, but I think it's pretty obvious that the elves were just a metaphor for the fascists. The dog in this piece seems to be scared by the spider, so I'm not sure how good of a job he would do protecting the witch's toadstools. He does have 'chicken shit' energy, if you ask me, but maybe he can tinkle on the forest floor so the fascists-- er, sorry, the "elves"-- slip and fall as they attempt their thievery. There's only one way to find out: Invite this pup to your spooky season event & see what happens. Worst case scenario, you clean up a bit o' tinkle.
