The "Day of the Dead" is a Mexican celebration dedicated to remembering dead relatives. It is a celebration of remembrance in which family members gather to honour the lives of their dead loved ones. Many Mexican customs are observed, such as the wearing of our favourite colours and the consumption of traditional foods such as tamales, mole sauce, and chocolate pan de muerto. The holiday is traditionally commemorated on November 1st and 2nd. "Dead Day" refers to the day following Halloween when people in some countries perform religious services for their deceased loved ones. Similarly, many traditions, such as praying and laying flowers on graves, are observed on this day. As a result, this day is also known as "All Soul's Day."
