Came in minimal (the shipping box and wrapped in bubble wrap) packaging making it a little more challenging to wrap it up pretty. Printing on the mug looked great. Since it was given as a gift I'm not sure how it's stood up to washings.

Stainless steel inside and out unlike the cheap ones. Handle seems solid and I like the sip and close removable lid. Smooth brushed stainless steel with sharp black and red lettering. Only could be better if the wording was on both sides of the mug instead of only one.
