Yuki Tissue Paper

Yuki is a continuous pattern design, based on my recent research into the feminine divine. Created as a stencil layer for a current project. Minimilistic interpretations of feminine divinity. This snowflake like pattern is dedicated to deeper/higher meaning. Inspired by traditional Japanese native patterns of modern and ancient alike. Created on Photoshop using lasso tool to create the diamond shape. After the circle is complete I the just duplicated layers until i could form the pattern. Yuki is the Japanese word for snow.. pronounced "yuu'ki".
