This is my second travel mug. The first one lasted several years before I left it on the roof of my car -you know the rest. The replacement travel mug had a defective handle. I took photos of it and sent an email to Zazzle as instructed and they sent a new mug and I did not have to return the damaged one. Printing is sharp and clear. Remember that when you design the mug and text be sure to select "show whites" otherwise the mug color- silver will show through. Sometimes that's a good thing but not this design. I know you may think I'm biased since I have three Zazzle stores, but the products are always very good. (Sailinghideaway, macmedia, and natureswonders)
