The color on the item looks more vibrant on the website rather than in person. Also, the name looks more faded in person since I chose a yellow. A black color of the font would have stood out. Can never tell what one receives in person. Design is fine, but the printing of the name was a little faded since the color I chose for the font was yellow and not black. The yellow looked good on the web though.

The printing quality for the images I have added is very poor, it is blurry as well. It needs to be a higher quality image or at least upscale the image with an upscaler or with AI.

Delivery time was exceptional...I chose fastest delivery and it was delivered in 3 business days to Australia. The only issue was the delivery driver from FedEx just threw the box over the fence. Despite this and the printing issues, I still think it is quite good. It was a gift for my brother so I can't comment of how hot it keeps drinks. . The words/letters printed clearly but the red background appears blotchy i.e. darker patches. Red background also is more brown than the red colour on screen.
