Yellow English roses as brilliant as sunshine bloom in a garden in Kansas City, Missouri. This variety, called Graham Thomas, is among the most popular roses in the world and was bred by David Austin. The cup-shaped double blooms have a tea rose fragrance. Roses developed by David Austin are also called Austin Roses. The "Graham Thomas" rose was voted The World's Favourite Rose by members of the 41 National Rose Societies worldwide. It also won the James Mason Award from the Royal National Rose Society in 2000. Named for one of the most influential gardeners of his time. Graham Thomas was a frequent visitor to the David Austin nursery and chose this rose himself. This rose is blooming in the Ewing and Muriel Kauffman Memorial Garden in Kansas City, Missouri.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!
