It's a "gentle" reminder to those who try to get involved and micro-manage your business, especially when they've got their own tasks to be concerned with, that they should focus on themselves first. Mornings are a GREAT example of when I use this saying because I just need my coffee before I can comprehend anything so I just politely say, "Worry'Bout Yo'self!" and all is right with the world.
