World War II Soldier Kneeling with Garand Rifle Ceramic Ornament

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my son who is very interested in WWII and the Garand rifle. The item arrived on time, but was developed very dark. It was hard to distinguish the rifle from the tank and the overall picture quality was not good. I contacted Customer Service and explained the problem. I was then sent a replacement ornament. It arrived today and I am happy to say it looks terrific! It was developed lighter, and all aspects of the picture are easy to distinguish. The original was too dark. The replacement is as I originally expected! Much better product and I am happy with how it was taken care of!

I was extremely happy to find a tree ornament for my Occupational Therapist daughter. (I bought one a few years ago for my Paramedic son) & prior to seeing this I was trying to work out how I could create something similar for her. Unfortunately my first order was deemed lost in the mail which meant it didn't arrive in time to give my daughter when she finished Uni. However the Zazzle Support team were fabulous & organised a replacement quite quickly. My daughter is very happy. Thank you. Nice ornament, love the colours
