This heart-shaped ornament with a wood effect print is perfect either for a 5th wedding anniversary (which is traditionally celebrated with wooden items) or any other occasion. Add your own photo to the heart frame and then on the back personalise it with a custom message. Although the text on the yellow ribbon says '5 years' for those celebrating four years of marriage, it can be changed to any other short text of your choice (such as 'I love you'). This design has a slight 3d look -- note that the ornament itself is a flat printed design.
