I was somewhat sceptical of the overall quality before ordering, given the insanely fast turnaround from ordering 'til receiving (barely more than a week for 2 customised mugs from the USA to Australia). Well, let me say that I was blown away by the products I received. They easily exceeded my expectations and were at least equal to any products purchased locally at much higher prices (even without the customising). The mugs I received were exact reproductions of the images as shown on the order page on the website. The colours were spot-on, the printing and all images were razor-sharp. I can't fault the product in any way.
