The first ornament that was sent was poor quality, off center, blurry print etc. I contacted customer service with a picture of what was sent and immediately got an apology and a note it was being redone. It was redone and expedited and the remake was perfect. EXCELLENT customer service. The remade product was 5 stars, the original one sent was -10 stars
