On December 25 (the end of the 3-day winter solstice) the sun officially ends the winter season, bringing us all the promise of light and replenishment on Earth. Everywhere, civilisations celebrated this “rebirth” of our sun. Sadly, after many centuries, the Winter Solstice celebration and all its charming symbols and traditions were deliberately “Christianised” and replaced with a SON-god with a shining halo stolen from the all-natural sun in heavens.
