About This Design
Windrush Pattern (by William Morris) Tote Bag
This design is based on a fabric pattern created by British designer William Morris (1834–1896), who helped to found the Arts and Crafts Movement. This pattern is known as Windrush, and it was based on artwork created by William Morris' daughter, May Morris. It was originally block printed by hand at Merton Abbey using natural dyes. The pattern is named Windrush after the river that runs through the Cotswolds in central England. It is a beautiful floral pattern and the long stems of the plants weave through the design like a river in a landscape.

Thank you for a great job. The artwork came up beautifully and the colours look great. Quick delivery also. Wonderful. Very accurate to the true colours of the paintings.

I LOVED this bag! The colours are vibrant and the quality of the bag itself is great. It’s polyester but it’s sturdy and the base sits flat on the ground so it’s able to stand up without falling over when there’s contents in it. I’m really happy with the bold and bright colours and how this bag has turned out. Thanks Zazzle!
