William Morris - The Vintage Willow Floral pattern by 19th Century British wallpaper designer William Morris shows off a beautiful vine pattern of green willow leaves swirling around the image. The design was originally created in 1874, and The exquisite willow leaf pattern was designed by the famous nineteenth century textile and wallpaper designer William Morris. The willow pattern was influenced by the nature that surrounded Morris in the 19th century countryside of England. The Vintage Willow pattern was first produced in 1874. The pattern is complex, and the colours in the floral pattern are rich dusty greens.

The quality of these larger mugs is very good. I have been putting mine through the dishwasher all the time and it shows no signs of fading or dulling. Ergonomically these are lovely to hold and have fast become my favourite mug for a big cup of tea or coffee. Totally recommend getting the tea infuser with the mug especially if you like using loose leaf tea, which always tastes better from my experience and is better for the environment. Printing was good, bright and most importantly accurately matches the colouring shown on the website.
