Embellishing this product is a beautiful 19th century woven wool tapestry pattern designed by John H. Dearle, a talented employee of famous English textile designer and manufacturer William Morris (1834-1896). Dearle started out at Morris and Company as an apprentice and would later rise to the position of chief designer at Morris' company.
