The green and red Compton wallpaper design is by William Morris. William Morris designed wallpaper and textiles in the 1800s; this is one of his decorative floral designs that he produced in 1887. He was an English decorative designer, perhaps the most noteable wallpaper designers of his time, a member of the pre-raphaelite designers. Beautiful horse drawing on this coaster makes it a great conversation piece. Artist is very talented! The printing Zazzle did is nice and crisp, but not as black as I would have liked and the edges had some execess on them But some sandpaper fixed the issue
