    About This Design

William Blake Ancient of Days Coasters

William Blake Ancient of Days Coasters

William Blake Ancient of Days coasters. Etching with pen ink and watercolor from 1794. The Ancient of Days stands as English poet and artist William Blake’s most famous illustration. The work depicts Urizen high above the clouds with his hand outstretched holding a compass towards the dark void below measuring out his creation. The work was a favourite of Blake himself and is a beautiful example of the poet’s symbolist vision. A great gift for fans of Blake, English art, mythology, and poetry.

I bought these coasters to go with my mouse pad, also from Zazzle. They arrived in really fast time and were well packaged. The quality of the coaster is better than I imagined, they look very durable and unlikely to blemish like normal coasters. Very pleased with this purchase. The printing is perfect on each coaster, they look very smart indeed. I love them.
