Wild Tiger and a Snake (Animal Art) Cutting Board
This design features a painting by the French Romantic artist Eugène Delacroix (1798–1863). It shows a fight between an angry tiger and a hissing snake. The big cat is a Bengal tiger, which is native to the Indian subcontinent: the creature has bright orange and white fur with black markings. The tiger is leaning on its front paws, ready to pounce, and it is showing its sharp teeth. The snake has dark green skin and it is wrapped around the trunk and branches of a tree. The original artwork was painted by Eugène Delacroix in 1862, and it is now housed in the Corcoran Gallery of Art, Washington, DC, US.

I was happy to find something practical to celebrate her newly renovated kitchen in a way I knew she'd appreciate. I think it was fine, but I haven't been able to see it displayed in her new kitchen.
