I was under the impression the design would be printed on a golf ball textured rectangular piece of plastic. I assumed this because the description said ‘textured’. What I ended up receiving was what appears to be a piece of construction paper with the image of a golf ball and my design printed on top of that. They then took the paper and sandwiched it between two clear pieces of acrylic or plexiglass. The quality is nice but it’s not quite what I thought it would be. The printing seemed to be exactly how I designed it. No complaints with the print quality of the images and text.

I was happy with the acrylic tag but it came with a thin leather strap to attach the tag to luggage (like a cat collar). I replaced the strap with a metal ring off of a key ring as the leather strap would come undone or break easily as luggage is sometimes handled without much care by airlines. Printing is great. Colours and positioning of the design I put on the tag were perfect. Very pleased.
