After my original order got lost (Australia Post to blame), Zazzle provided me with a credit to reorder and a discount on priority shipping. Tracking was fabulous within US, however, Australia Post again failed to log in the delivery and whilst it arrived in a very short time (4 days), it arrived unannounced and luckily whilst I was at home.
