At first, I messed up the picture without knowing it and when it arrived, I noticed that the picture was somewhat cut off. Zazzle immediately asked if I wanted to change it and they corresponded with me over a holiday several times and I was given a code to order a replacement card so that I could be completely happy and satisfied with it. They complied and it was ordered and sent out very quickly. I am very happy that they were so obliging. Very high quality and they even sent extra cards and envelopes in case I messed one up.
