I liked the communication with the company. I was sent notifications at each step of the way. I never wondered if the tee shirt would get here on time. I was able to track it through the entire process if I wanted to, but Zazzle made that unnecessary. Really good experience, and my daughter loved the gift! The shirt was true to size and it seems well made. It hasn't been washed yet, so I don't know how it will hold up. The product looks great and is well worth the price.
