"Welcome to Las Vegas" iconic sign distressed T-Shirt

The "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada" sign is a Las Vegas landmark that was created in 1959 by Western Neon. The sign was designed by Betty Jane Willis (1923-2015) at the request of a local salesman and was then sold to Clark County. The sign is a stretched diamond shape, with the top and bottom angles pointed while the side angles are rounded. There is a border of yellow light bulbs around the outside border. A series of circles contain a red painted letter each, outlined in neon, which forms the word "Welcome." On the top of the sign, between two blue pillars is an eight-pointed star outlined with yellow neon. The sign has never been copyrighted; this has resulted in the image being ubiquitous on Las Vegas souvenirs (yes, including this design, so thank you, Betty Willis!). You may customise the "Las Vegas" and "Nevada" text to anything you like. Your imagination (and the relative letter count) is the only limit.
