Both these large posters are designed to be displayed at the entrance to your wedding reception room, so guest can quickly find their assigned seat. This Large Sized Seating Cart is designed to show the table which each guest has been assigned to. This makes it easy for your guests to find out where they are to be seated. You can enter the names with the text tool prior to printing, or you can leave the chart blank and fill it in with marker just before the wedding, once you have received all your final RSVP confirmations. This large sized poster is designed to be used with our coordinated TABLE MAP poster, where you can move the tables around and put in the table numbers according to your needs. You can print this chart with or without names and table numbers. If you want names and Table numbers please add text and then reduce the font, and place the text on the appropriate line. This chart shows 80 names. Larger weddings will require more than one poster. Don't worry quantity discounts kick in automatically. Note: This is a very large poster and font sizes will have to be very small if you decide to fill it in prior to printing. The other option is to leave all the actual information blank, and fill in names and table assignments latter with Marker by hand, after you receive confirmation from all you RSVP cards.
