This is one of my wedding invitation designs and I just had to see how it looked in person so I ordered some samples. I'm VERY happy with how this looks in person. I purchased it on the pearl shimmer cardstock as I love the subtle shimmer of the pearl finish and it also helps keep the black and dark red looking rich, too. You can see the shimmer the paper type has but it is more noticeable under the light on dark colors. Semigloss would add a high gloss to the invitation and would possibly show fingerprints so the pearl shimmer is my favorite paper type for this type/color of design. It's also a bit fancier for a wedding, too. The printing was done really nice and was just what I was hoping for.

Look, it was good price, good time till delivery, photo and ink quality look great but sad at the final outcome. I ordered a trial invitation and it looked really good and I was stoked so I ordered the real invitations (25 of them) and they weren't thr same quality as the original first order. The had weird ink spots on the white side- im guessing seeping ink from the photo on the other side. A little disappointing they weren't at the same standard as the first one I ordered.
