'We Think Knot' Funny Sobriety Card
At the close of many AA meetings, a portion of pages 83-84 from the "Big Book of Alcoholics" known as the 9th Step Promises is read aloud. After making amends to those we have wronged, we are promised wonderful things like happiness, serenity, peace, a better attitude, freedom from fear, and things we don’t realise we want, like becoming interested in other people. Then we are asked: “Are these extravagant promises? We think not.” Sometimes AA’s are like sheep. At some meetings they will all shout, “We think not” in unison.” This card is a little pun on how we think knot. Card is blank inside so you can add your own special greeting. Or draw a knot of your own.
