I was looking for a gift from my new baby girl to each of her grandparent for Xmas with a bunch of photos. Since they all enjoy coffee the mug was a perfect fit. I had not purchased from Zazzle before but after this experience I will go back to them again and again. The program that's allowed you to customize and design the mug was 5 stars. You could see what the cup was going to look like with each option and photo. You also had the ability to totally customize it (not just given three options). Plus once the order was placed it came quickly! Came exactly as pictured and quality was exactly what I expected.

The quality of these larger mugs is very good. I have been putting mine through the dishwasher all the time and it shows no signs of fading or dulling. Ergonomically these are lovely to hold and have fast become my favourite mug for a big cup of tea or coffee. Totally recommend getting the tea infuser with the mug especially if you like using loose leaf tea, which always tastes better from my experience and is better for the environment. Printing was good, bright and most importantly accurately matches the colouring shown on the website.
