I ordered it with grommets & it came without them. I contacted zazzle & they were going to make it right but it’s been over a couple of weeks and I haven’t heard anything back from them. I’ve ordered for years and never a problem until this. Very disappointed in this order. .

Everything was great about the banner, but... I made a little mistake in the design. 1 letter was cut off at the bottom and I didn't see it. It was my own mistake, but it would have been great if someone had warned me and not just blindly printed it.
