The quote is from the Windflower Saga novella "Bind Not the Heart" by Aleksandra Layland. he digital art background is of a waterfall meant to represent the "Outflow" described in the epic fantasy story as being a fresh water underground river which bursts from the rock face of a cliff near the convent of Whitehaven. The "Outflow" provides fresh water to the nuns and students who live in this remote area on the edge of the Wastelands of southern Kimbria. The words of the quote are spoken by the main protagonist in "Bind Not the Heart," a nun named Sister Ermentrude who is the godmother to the main heroine of the related novel, "Of Wisdom and Valour: The Art of War. The Path of Peace." (Part II of the Windflower Saga trilogy)

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!
