As the quality at Zazzle continues to decline, this is by far the most disappointing experience with Zazzle. The holiday cards I ordered arrived damaged. They were shipped in a box but the corners of all 85 cards were bent. I believe this is due to a printer issue and not the packaging. I was also appalled at the new "zazzle" envelopes. They are incredibly thin and include a tacky grey logo on the back. I pay extra when designing my cards to make sure the zazzle logo is excluded and certainly do not want to see it on the back of my envelope. I am not sure why I continue to pay for Zazzle black when my recent experiences with the company are so negative. The products are not checked over prior to shipping and the processing shipping time becomes longer and longer. Three photos included to show the poor quality. .

Gorgeous card and quality, but unfortunately I thought it was a folded type card, not a postcard. So useless for what wanted. I didn't realise flat card meant postcard! .

Disappointing as I thought I was buying a folded card, not a postcard. Turns out flat card, means postcard! Nothing wrong with the quality just not what I wanted. 😔.
