The vintage illustrations represent open windows with beautiful girls, young women and children, climbing roses or ivy vines. The last one, for December, has an old woman with her cat and her flower pots.
They are from Kate Greenaway's Almanack for 1888, now in the public domain, where each of them illustrates a month.
