This is a cover for "The Farmer's Wife" magazine from December, 1924 featuring an illustration by Clara M. Burd of Santa sitting in front of a brick fireplace with three young children surrounding him and excitedly climbing on him. Stockings and holly adorn the mantle. The American artist, Clara M. Burd (1873-1933) was born in New York, and studied art in New York City and later in Paris. She is best known for her illustrations for children’s books, but she also illustrated for magazine covers, designed stained glass and murals for churches, and painted children’s portraits and scenes from historical periods. This card is blank inside for your own message.

My grandson liked the card. Your cards are always great quality. I enjoyed being able to use a photo of him in the card, as these cards are keepsakes. The only disappointment was that I couldn’t get a gamer themed card. He is a very passionate gamer.
