Vintage Tabby Cat and Bee Throw Pillow
This charming vintage throw pillow for cat lovers and cat owners features a close up painting of the face of a wide eyed tabby cat mesmerised by a bee buzzing around in the air above his head. On the other side of the pillow you can see the painting in all its glory. Here, the cat has one paw raised as if it's about to pounce. Obviously this is one green eyed cat who has never been stung by a bee before! Called ‘White Cat with Bee,’ the painting is signed by artist Harry Beard and dated 1876. The cute cat appeared on a poster published by L. Prang & Co. of Boston, one of the first manufacturers of Christmas cards in America. The original chromolithograph is housed in Boston Public Library’s Print Department. You can change the colour of the brown border on one side of the pillow to suit simply by using the customise button.

OMG my order exceeded my expectation’s. My products are beautiful, they were done soo well. The cushion I did was for my nephews birthday, who had his little pet chapoodle for just over 15yrs, she passed last yr. So I had some special photos as well as a photo of her paw prints and hair put on the cushion. I wanted to make it special for him. His birthday is not until Mon 27th so he hasn’t seen it yet. When he opens his present on the his special day, we are all going to have a little cry, all because of the cushion and how well it was made to bring out the best memories we have of our little Princess.
So thank you soo much for the work you did, and I will most definitely be using you again for one of my other products.
