Vintage artwork by William Kay Blacklock features a young woman sitting in a wicker chair under a fruit tree on a lovely day. Her little dog lies at her feet. She enjoys the weather and the warmth of dappled sunshine as she sits in a partially shady spot to do her needlework. The British artist, William Kay Blacklock (1872-1924) worked mainly in watercolors and oils. His wife and daughter were frequent models for his paintings. He exhibited at the Royal Academy and also at the Royal Institute of Oil Painters. This card is blank inside for your own message.
