Vintage illustration botanical nature design featuring a large sunflower bloom from 'Hortus Eystettensis' by Basilius Besler, 1613. Besler was a respected Nuremberg apothecary and botanist, best known for his "Hortus Eystettensis," translated means "The Garden at Eichstätt." He was the curator of the botany garden of Johann Konrad von Gemmingen, prince bishop of Eichstätt in Bavaria.

I bought this as a little extra gift for my friend for her suprise bridal shower as we were doing a clay making class so it was to protect her outfit! But it’s so beautiful she is also going to keep it for her kitchen (she loves baking). It’s a really nice length as well, sitting at mid-thigh length. Beautiful colours! Pastel.
