I placed an order 12/02/24. The print quality was horrible on front & back. I emailed & called Customer Service. I kept being told my replacement order was in Production. I did not receive the Christmas cards, to prepare & mail out, until 4:22pm Christmas Eve! There were no action items that I saw to escalate my reprinted order that was due to Zazzle's poor print quality. This was the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced.

Good quality but I was disappointed as I thought I was buying a proper card, not a postcard. Hence it is useless to me. It was called a flat card, which I thought meant a card! .
