Vintage - Rumpelstiltskin,

A vintage children's book illustration by Richard "Dicky" Doyle (1824-1883) for the story of "Rumpelstiltskin." Richard Doyle, born in London, was a noteable illustrator of the Victorian era who learned art from his father, Irish cartoonist John Doyle. Doyle had three brothers who were also artists. He was the uncle of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, author of the Sherlock Holmes stories.
