Vintage illustration religious Renaissance Era fine art reproduction of the Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci. The Last Supper was the last meal Jesus Christ shared with his twelve apostles and disciples before his death. The Last Supper specifically portrays the reaction given by each apostle when the young man Jesus Christ said one of them would betray him.
Leonardo da Vinci created The Last Supper (c. 1495–1498) for his patron Duke Ludovico Sforza and his duchess Beatrice d'Este. The original painting is a mural on the back wall of the dining hall at Santa Maria delle Grazie in Milan, Italy.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!

Absolutely superb Art Deco poster. The colours are vibrant, sympathetic to the era and perfect for use. I framed it and hung above the entrance to my Art Deco inspired lounge room. Stunning!
