Vintage Poster Plush Red Wedding & Reception Invitation

Our wedding is very small, but I still thought we ought to have special invitations. Zazzle let us have totally customizable invitations at a good cost, and I only had to buy the 10 invitations I needed. The colors match my reception choice perfectly (velvety red and gold). I went with linen paper, as it was recommended for weddings. I liked that we had a choice of size. I went with 5x7 choice, so I could use regular postage stamps. They arrived in a few days, regular post, in a sturdy paperboard package. Even though we wanted a simple wedding, my taste runs to vintage glamour, and the movie poster style looks great. It's also less formal than some, so suits my more casual minded husband. I was worried that printing dark red and gold on white paper would be tough. Also, this is a two sided invitation, so bleed through also was a worry. When they arrived, I was very pleasantly surprised. The color and crispness of lettering and background was very close to what I saw on the computer screen. The colors varied only the way they normally would, considering all monitors are different. In real life, the printing is a little darker for the red, and the gold is more to the creamy side. I am very impressed! There was no blurring or bleeding through to the other side.

It was better than I could’ve ever imagined and so easy to create! Why spend hundreds of dollars to get a invitation company to produce something you can do yourself! Better than I could’ve ever imagined!

Look, it was good price, good time till delivery, photo and ink quality look great but sad at the final outcome. I ordered a trial invitation and it looked really good and I was stoked so I ordered the real invitations (25 of them) and they weren't thr same quality as the original first order. The had weird ink spots on the white side- im guessing seeping ink from the photo on the other side. A little disappointing they weren't at the same standard as the first one I ordered.
