Vintage Poinsettia’s Christmas Holiday Card

Painting of Poinsettia’s by Paul de Longpré, 1908. Paul-Gaston-Raoul-Henry-Georges Marcherat de Longpré, 1855-1911, was born in France to a family of artists and participated in the family tradition of flower painting from his earliest childhood. He came to the United States in 1890 and lived in New York for several years and established himself as a painter of flowers subjects. In 1899 he moved his family to Los Angles, California where he lived until his death in 1911. He choose to devote his life and career to painting flowers, most often in highly detailed, elegant watercolors.

My grandson liked the card. Your cards are always great quality. I enjoyed being able to use a photo of him in the card, as these cards are keepsakes. The only disappointment was that I couldn’t get a gamer themed card. He is a very passionate gamer.
