This design has been created using a post World War 2 poster that marks the promotion of traveling after the chaotic period. This warm coloured poster design was created to attract people to Peru via Panagra Air. In this design, the vigorous bull is sprinting towards the bullfighter, who stands elegantly and confidently raising the red muleta. The action of the bull and the movement of the cloth are so fast and powerful that the peripheral of the images becomes blurry. PERU via PANAGRA can be found across the top and bottom of the design in bold red text. We have created a collection of products using this design called ‘Vintage Peru Collection.’

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!

Absolutely superb Art Deco poster. The colours are vibrant, sympathetic to the era and perfect for use. I framed it and hung above the entrance to my Art Deco inspired lounge room. Stunning!
