Vintage Lincoln Herbal Remedy Tea Print
This vintage look old medicine print for Lincoln Remedy Tea was recreated from an actual ad that ran in newspapers between 1894 and the early 1900's. It was an herbal remedy that claimed to cure stomach, liver, kidneys and bowel. Little is found on this product other than it was made by the Lincoln Tea Company, Ft. Wayne, Indiana. It also claimed to cure headaches and be the grandest and most perfect blood purifier in the world. The ingredients were usually not listed in that day, so what was it it is unknown. It would probably be described as snake oil by today's standards. ------------------ This print measures 8" by 10" and can be enlarged to 20" by 24" and is presented here on poster paper. Please upgrade to heavy duty paper if framing this one. A great piece for snake oil or old medicine ad or print collectors or anyone who collects anything associated with President Abraham Lincoln.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!

Absolutely superb Art Deco poster. The colours are vibrant, sympathetic to the era and perfect for use. I framed it and hung above the entrance to my Art Deco inspired lounge room. Stunning!
