Theophile Steinlen’s Le Chat Noir poster is one of the most iconic art nouveau advertisements of all time. The work features a black cat standing proudly with yellow eyes over a yellow background beside the words Tournee de Chat Noir. The poster was commissioned for the Le Chat Noir cabaret troup.
