Vintage French Cabaret Poster Print
This gorgeous vintage poster advertises the famous Parisian music hall Casino de Paris. Created by French artist Louis Gaudin (1882 - 1936) the poster features a showgirl in scanty costume astride a horse drawn chariot of beautiful white horses with flowing manes. Both the horses and the girl are wearing sparkling jewels. The girl's extravagant horsewhip is made of exotic feathers. Her dress has a train of the same delicate feathers. The poster would make a great gift for lovers of vintage art and old thearical posters.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!
