Vintage - Four Ladies of Yesteryear,

Vintage artwork by Emile Vernon featuring a portrait of four beautiful young ladies of yesteryear. They have serene smiles and are holding a large bouquet of flowers in the midst of them. Three of the women have fresh flowers adorning their hair while the fourth has a sheer pale green mantilla that's barely visible on her head. It coordinates with the darker green and cream colours in her dress. The artist, Emile Vernon (1872-1919), was a French fine arts painter who specialised in watercolors. He enjoyed painting women and children in bucolic settings, sometimes with their pets. He lived and worked primarily in Paris. This card is blank inside for your own message.
