Vintage Floral Welcome Home Poster Print
If you are looking for something warm and welcoming to hang in your home, this beautiful vintage floral welcome sign is the one for you! Based on a hand coloured lithographic print published by American printmakers Currier & Ives around 1873, the homey poster features a riot of colourful flowers in every bright, summer colour imaginable. The caption simply reads Welcome, in traditional blue and red lettering. You can customise the poster by adding your own colour border, simply by using the customise button. Just shrink the image and choose a colour to suit. The original image is courtesy of the Library of Congress Prints and Photographs Division, Washington DC. The poster would make a lovely housewarming gift for anyone moving to a new home.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!

Absolutely superb Art Deco poster. The colours are vibrant, sympathetic to the era and perfect for use. I framed it and hung above the entrance to my Art Deco inspired lounge room. Stunning!
