A vintage children's book illustration by Florence Anderson depicts fairies playing and dancing on the leaves of the plants surrounding a lake. The English artist, Florence Anderson (1874-1930) also illustrated under her maiden name Molly MacArthur or Florence Mary MacArthur. She was a book illustrator, wood engraver and children’s author. Her work was influenced by the British School of Fairy Art. This card is blank inside for your own message.
