I had never used this site before and was pleasantly surprised. The product I received was exactly what the photo showed and was a good size pillow. I can't wait for my nephew to open this at Christmas! The baseball image was a little pixelated. I wish it was a little higher resolution, but overall I liked it. The ball looks dirty and rough already as part of the design so it kinda works, but that would be the only thing I would say.
