Vintage Illustration Art Nouveau advertising poster featuring the dancer La Goulue by Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec. The original advertisement lithograph was Toulouse Lautrec's first poster and features the dancer La Goulue (Louise Weber, the Queen of Montmartre) performing the scandalous chahut (can can) dance with her partner Valentin le Desosse (the boneless was the stage name of Jacques Renaudin). They are dancing at a famous nightclub, bar and restaurant near Paris, France. It was included in the Les Maitres de l'Affiche (Masters of the Poster) series of 256 colour lithographic plates used to create a very significant art publication during the Belle Époque in Paris, France.
